Wow! it has been a little too long. Have I been busy? Yes and no! Since my last post I've been on a 2 week Route 66/Vegas vacation that was awesome! I'm continuing to stay in touch with prospective buyers, most who have homes to sell before they can buy. I'm steadily maintaining my current listings and trying to figure out creative ways to move them. I've been fairly successful in getting price reductions as needed, but in some cases, still can't compete with short sales and pending foreclosures in the area.
