Yesterday, I received the April report from The Lake City Board of Realtors comparing April, 2008 to April, 2009 for the Lake City, Fl. areas. In April, 2008 there was 34 homes sold and in April, 2009 there was 29 homes sold. That is a negative 15%.
The good news for Home Buyers is, in the same time frame, the Median Sales Price went from $156.650 to $125,000. That is a big negative 20% in price.
