Well, I did it!! I finished the 2008 Gate River Run in Jacksonville, FL! 15K, 9.3 miles over 2 bridges in 40 mile an hour winds. It was tough, but I was determined. My goal was to finish in less than 2 hours (my average 5K finish is 31 minutes). I finished in 1 hour and 50 minutes. This was, to date, my longest run and I was pleased with my results.
Now back to work... which I've also been busy with. The listings are coming in and I've been contacted by a few buyers, so steady is good.
We had a tornado touch down here in Lake City last Friday which did some considerable damage to both, homes and businesses, which we are recovering from.

I gather you are living proof that the RE biz is a marathon not a sprint :)
TLW...ROAR!
Congratulations on the run! Keep up the good work
Congrats on your time and finish! And you ran in 40 mile per hour winds? Wow. Hopefully, the course was an out and back. :-) Good luck with the Cooper River Bridge run.
Hi Sandy,

Congrats on finishing the race and keeping the work front going too!
Congrats on obtaining your goal.
Congrats, I'm looking forward to my first one, and plan to continue on to eventually run in a marathon.
