Snook Islands Project Closer to completion

Looks like things are really shaping up on the Snook Islands Natural Area. As you can see from then picture at the right, the ramp from the stationary part of the pier is now installed. The floating sections are being installed.

This next pic shows the floating sections. I walk by this every morning when I exercise. It has bee fun and interesting to watch it take shape of the last several months. It is yet another great addition to land and sea scape's that make up Lake Worth!

My office is only a few blocks away from this project. As I sit here and write this post, I can hear the sound of the machinery pounding the long concrete pilings into the riverbed. I love the sound of progress!
