If you are looking for Tampa Bay neighborhoods closer to MacDill you may want to consider neighborhoods in Clearwater, St Petersburg, Westchase, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, South Tampa and Port of Tampa.

The great news is there are lots of Tampa real estate bargains right now and because we are still in a buyer's market you can find great values on homes under $200,000 in Brandon, Valrico, Clearwater and St Petersburg and even the higher priced, high demand area of South Tampa has buyers negotiating deals on these craftsman style homes with the finest detail throughout.
