Localism Challenge, Day #19: 2011 Orangewood Community Family Fun Day

It's hard to believe it's time for Orangewood's Community Family Fun Day again...

Last school year flew by, as did the one before and the one before- summer's done and school's rockin' and rollin'

Orangewood's Community Family Fun Day is great in a number of ways:

- It's fun

- It raises money for the school, which means less money in direct payments from parents. When a quality Christian education is costing you an easy $10,000/year these days, every little bit helps.

- It provides service opportunities for students that gain valuable life lessons from working hard- as well as giving back to their school and the community

- It's open to the public. This provides both Orangewood students and parents alike with an opportunity to witness to others who might not otherwise hear the Good News and get to know Jesus Christ.

Bring the whole family and enjoy carnival games, giant inflatables, rides, music, face painting, contests, food and more at Orangewood Christian School’s annual COMMUNITY FAMILY FUN DAY. Open to the public. Admission and parking are free. Game and concession tickets sold separately.

The event features a Laser Tag Arena, Train, 50 ft. Obstacle Course and more. Test your skills on an Inflatable Horse Derby Race, Jousting Inflatable, Quarterback Toss, and the Froggy Fly Fling! Get your face painted or create your own sand art! Plenty of food and fun for all!

Proceeds from the event benefit advancing technology and provide scholarships.
