This is a follow up on the prospecting contest we had in our office recently. Read my earlier post for details.
Well I did not win the $5,000. It turned out that one person did drop out so my odds inproved to 1 in 19. Still not good enough to win the big prize. There were 2nd & 3rd prizes also given out. Those awards were discounts on one agents office bill, no rent for 6 months, and the other was discounts at KW Mega Camp. Those were unexpected and very generous on the part of the office management.
Now for the numbers, 20 Agents, 20 Days, Total Calls 7981, Contacts 2101, Appointments 86, Listings 11, Sales 5, Referrals 31. We are located in SW FL and this is our off season. These contacts will pay many more dividends as we approach the winter selling season.
While only one person won the money, several agents have signed contracts that will yield them more than the $5,000 when they close escrow. Our average sales price is $500k.
We will see going forward if the majority of the group has started a new habit or not. There is some talk around that management might attempted it again. That would be great!
