It's always a good day when you're able to tell your Seller that we've got a contract on your home after only 3 days on the market and it closes in less than 30 days.

I loved my Sellers. They were Traditional Sellers, non-distressed and were happy to get their home sold so quickly as they didn't think it would sell so fast in this heavily concentrated distressed market. The closing resulted in Happy Sellers, a Happy Buyer and Happy South Florida Real Estate Agents having very happy customers.
