An Attitude of Gratitude - Meet Debbie Roney Smith

On behalf of my Assistant Paula Stone and I, we would like to thank a very special young lady name Debbie Roney Smith for all her dedication, hard work and service to the Jackson County Florida Community.
Debbie raises money for cancer victims through relay for life each year. She also involves herself in the Kids Coalition and raises money to assist her board office in giving out school supplies to children in need.

I am thankful that Jackson County has a caring person who dedicates her time and efforts in bringing people together and helping others. I have an attitude of gratitude for Debbie and others like her. She makes the world a better place.
Rarely will you find a picture of Debbie by herself, but here she is at the St. Patrick's Day Festival in Marianna Florida. This picture will give you an idea of what a fun loving person Debbie is.

Debbie is a very upbeat positive person that brings out the best in others. She is involved in all the charity events in Jackson County and has a nack for rounding up a posse to join her.

Debbie is one of the most fun loving people I have ever met. What I admire about her most is the unselfish way she loves others. You don't have to be popular, you don't have to be beautiful and you don't have to be rich to be important to Debbie. She is a friend to everyone. Whether it be at a parade, a festival, or charity event, you will find Debbie advocating a good cause.

If you go through Marianna, Florida you just might have the opportunity to meet her. She is not hard to find she will be the one with the big friendly smile.
