On the other hand, if you have walls that need insulation, it may prove wiser on a long term basis to have a professional insulation foam that’s blow in due to the energy it saves.

September is also a good time to check out the roof, especially if you’re looking to sell luxury Miami homes as a costly roof repair can potentially turn off buyers. Before actually inspecting the roof, make sure it’s not too steep to the point that it can’t be walked on. If so, just use a sturdy ladder to check out the perimeter and look for damages or holes that may be causing leakage.
