Can't believe my eyes!

I have been working with buyers over the last few days. First let me tell you, I am tired! Second while i havae been setting up showing appointments most of these homes are going pending in a matter of days.

My clients are wondering why I sent them the listings if they are pending. I told them when I sent them the listings they weren't.

Even I couldn't believe they went pending that fast! Its a very good thing. I told them it goes to show you that the market is starting to turn.

We are headed out today to look at what is left of her list. The city of Miramar is hopping!!

Stay ahead of the curve, show your client you can find the inventory and make a sale !

We are not getting much "new" inventory considering it is the Spring market.  Homes that are priced well and look great are going under contract!

Happy Selling!  I hope you find them a home.

That is a very good sign, We are seeing it here in Fort Myers Florida also. As my mom would say

Don't come back without a contract!

It always worked for me.

Same thing is happening here in Wellington, Florida also, as well as in Port St. Lucie.

Lisa Isn't it a great thing!

Deanna I try every time!

Laura Yes this is new inventory!

the Spring market is here !

Great news....it will help add stimulus to the move it or lose it....and they have and will if they are indecisive or can't move more quickly...reality is the best teacher...good luck !

We are seeing activity here as well so here is hoping it stays with us and ther is not another economic bomb shell to be dropped

I'm experiencing the same thing ,to, here in the Vero Beach area. Something I have noticed here is that the listing status in the mls doesn't seem to be watched over as closely as it should by the agent/office regarding changing the status to  "Pending" "Contingent" or just a few remarks in the Brokers section regarding "contingent contract exists, taking backups". I know that sometimes these homes are "Pended" within a few hours and it's hard to keep up..but other homes haven't been maintained on the mls for days. It would make our job as agents a lot easier, and we wouldn't waste as much time sending unavailable lisitings to our buyers to review. I always try to call the agent beforehand to check on the status, before I send it to my clients, but a lot of times I don't get a call back. Good luck to you Jeannette!

Jeannette, good news.  Hope this continues and the inventory shrinks a bit.

That's great that your listings are going pending quickly, maybe better days are upon us! Has that motivated your buyers to move more quickly as well? Best of luck to you!

I hope that's the case in our area too. Great news.
