The new building will be an improvement for Bayfront according to Kevin Stoneburner. Drawing more people into Bayfront will help businesses located on the ground level.

It is an upscale urban setting that appeals to people who like living in downtown Naples within an easy walk to 5th Ave. There are also boat slips onsite that can be leased or purchased.
