Naples Undervalued?

My soon to be brother in law works for National City and he sent me an interesting graph showing that the price of real estate in Naples, Florida is currently undervalued. There is also an article about it in the Naples Daily News: http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2008/sep/18/naples-ray-sunshine-housing-market-analyst-says/ It doesn't seem that we have hit rock bottom but we are getting very close to that! Time to pick up some property if you have been thinking about it. And no of course it's a horrible idea to cash in your stock, but why not take out a loan? With the interest rates lately it makes much more sense to finance it now and pay it off in a few years when your stock has hopefully grown back to what it was. Take advantage of the fabulous real estate deals while they are still undervalued! Buy low, sell high, right??
