Waters Edge located in New Port Richey-FL is a 701-acre community built on what was the old Moon Lake Gardens and Dude Ranch (see post about the historic barn within Waters Edge).



Built by Ryland Homes, the first homes in Waters Edge were sold in 2005, and there are enough amenities within Waters Edge to satisfy the most discerning tastes. It is a lovely neighborhood with streets designed to preserve as many of the majestic old Moon Lake Ranch Oak trees as possible. The spring-fed lake has two fishing piers.
