"Be Still...."

This boathouse embodies all that comes to my mind when I'm on the Intracoastal Waterway- affectionately referred to as "the river" by all us locals. This private dock is situated near the New Smyrna Beach- Edgewater line on scenic Riverside Drive,

The boathouse, dock and gear is lovingly maintained. Obviously the owners, like so many of us who appreciate nature's beauty and that serenity found only on the water, away from phones and faxes and e-everythings recognize and revere this sanctuary.

Their plackard reassures us as we drive by to..."Be Still....." and everytime I see it, that still small voice inside finishes the verse:...."and know that I am God." We are so blessed to live in this paradise.
