Nominations now open for Cleantech Global 100
Later this year, the Cleantech Group and the Guardian will publish the Cleantech Global 100, a list of the 100 most promising private clean technology companies on the planet.

before nominations close June 30th, 2009. The final list of 100 private companies will derived from nominations and the views of a panel of experts to reflect the combined wisdom of the international cleantech community.

These nominations seek views on companies with highest potential and likelihood of achieving high growth and significant market impact, using the following main criteria:

·Innovation: Problem being solved, uniqueness, sustainability of advantage, etc.

·Market: Accessibility, size, growth dynamics, barriers to entry, etc.
