At the ripe old age of 18 I had a life changing accident that my body has never let me forget.
Mom & I were going upstate NY to our camp in the Catskills. We loved it there but Dad always warned us never to travel on a holiday weekend...we went anyway! 2 or 3 miles from home at around 1 am while we sat at a traffic light waiting for it to turn green WHAM! We got rear-ended by a drunk lady. Thank God we were both ok, at least it seemed that way, but in the morning a different tale was told. I couldn't get my head off the pillow, my muscles were so out of whack.
Long story short, I had a pretty nasty whiplash which affected me then, and continues to affect me now.
I've had massages, gone to Chiropractors, physical therapists, you name it I've done it to get relief from the pain.
Now I go to Dr Dina! She's WONDERFUL! I leave her office feeling like the pain I was experiencing has been removed and I'm on my way to feeling better. Of course this is a chronic problem which has been going on for the last 32 years so it is unlikely that a cure will occur but feeling better when pain kicks up is vital for me.

I used to have a chiropractor who could make one feel good just by opening his mouth and saying "Hello!" Unfortunately, he moved to Seattle. Now why he would choose rainy Seattle over sunny San Diego is beyond me. Must have had a wife from Seattle who wanted to be closer to her family, and a chiropractor can set up business anywhere, so off they went. Yep. That was probably it. Behind every great male chiropractor is a woman from Seattle. LOL
