From Ocala Homes For Sale: Builder's can't tie Incentives to Their Lenders come mid Jan 09

Starting Mid January builders will not longer be allowed to offer incentives with the use of their lender. I think this is the right thing to do. I don't think that a buyer should have to use the builder's lender to get the incentives. The incentives should be given regardless of what lender is used.
