Lock box embarrassment~Ocoee communities~

While previewing homes for a few clients my assistant and I came across numerous houses that we could not get into. The lock box codes on MLS were numeric, when we approached the door the the house the box was alphabetic??????? Thank goodness the clients weren't with us. How embarrassing!

I say some of us need to get back to the basics and hope we all strive to make each others lives easier!!!!!!!!
