The Dr Phillips community again out did themselves with the opening of the NEW Dr P. Phillips Park which is located lake front to Big Sand Lake. The one thing that has always been missing in Dr Phillips is a park where family's, Kids and grownup all can enjoy the beautiful outdoor activities.
