The two complexes being developed at La Vina on Narcoossee Rd. are well underway and due to be completed around September of this year. The first floor of these two story buildings will be devoted to Retail and Restaurant, and the second level is set aside for office/professional. These upscale complexes already have a number of businesses lined up with signed leases:

There will be a dentist, an eye doctor, a dry cleaner, Camille's Cafe, Discovery Zone (pre-k/child care), Asian Fusion, McCoy Federal Credit Union, a sub shop, State Farm Insurance, Tijuana Flats (I Love that Place!), Cici's Pizza, a pediatric dentist and "Going Postal".
