Orlando Florida real estate deals we sold in December 2010 - Lake Mary, Winter Garden

Another month is behind us and a bunch of great deals have sold. Below are just a sampling of the latest featured properties that we sold during December 2010 in metro Orlando Florida.

Sundance Dr Preston St Chaplin Ln

1. Araminta St, Winter Garden, FL 34787. 4 bed/2 bath/2-car garage newer home in the Stonecrest community. One of our regular investor customers bought this one, fixed it up nice, and re-sold it for a quick profit using our flat fee MLS listing service. Sold after just 81 days on the market for $159,900. Yes, flat fee listings work great!

2. Sundance Dr, Lake Mary, FL 32746. 3 bed/2 bath/2-car garage located in Lakewood at the Crossings in prestigious Lake Mary. Just 33 days on the market selling to an FHA buyer for $164,900.

3. Preston St, Orlando, FL 32804. 2 bed/1 bath block home in College Park. This was a cheap priced probate deal that I actually bought as a personal investment. Prior to buying it I shopped it around to several other investors but didn't get any takers. So I bought it myself did some minor fix up and re-sold it in 50 days for $75,000 and a reasonable profit.

4. Chaplin Ln, Orlando, FL 32818. 3 bed/2 bath/2-car garage in West Orlando. This short sale went pending back in August and we closed it out just before the end of the year. Helped out the seller and also got a great deal for the first time buyer at just $82,000.

5. Vatican Ave, Orlando, FL 32810. 2 bed/1 bath frame bungalow in Lockhart. Another short sale deal that we got closed out last month. Small cheap house that ended up selling for the super low price of $14,000.
