Bicentennial Park in Ormond By Sea, Florida Renamed

Bicentennial Park in Ormond By The Sea, Florida has been renamed Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park.

Mr. Crotty, a lifelong area resident and attorney died in an automobile crash last year. He worked tirelessly with many area charities and youth organizations. He graduated from Father Lopez High School and Stetson Law School. The County Council voted unanimously to rename the park in honor of Mr. Crotty.

Bicentennial Park is located at 1800 Ocean Shore Blvd., Ormond Beach Florida and is open daily from sunrise to sunset.. There is a dog park at the site and lots of other amenities.
