Through the Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service there were 3 condos that sold in Ormond By The Sea Florida in October, 2008. Sale prices range from $173,000 to $180,000. In October, 2007 only one Condo across the street from the beach sold and the price was $215,000. In October, 2006 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo sale prices range from $220,000 to $285,000 for 3 Sales. There are currently 6 Condos with a Contract Pending sale in Ormond By The Sea, and 112 are for sale in the MLS. If all 6 close this month that would mean we have apporximately 19 months of inventory. A more likely scenario is that fewer will sell and the months of inventory would be higher, probably closer to 2 + years.
