| THE Ormond Beach Real Estate & Community Events blog. By Lisa C. Hill, "THE SMART CHOICE!" |
If you're looking for a place to move, or invest in real estate in Central Florida, or if you've been specifically considering the Daytona Beach area, you might want to consider buying real estate in the city of Ormond Beach. Ormond Beach is a beautiful community, just north of Daytona Beach.
I've written several blog posts about Ormond Beach, which cover everything from real estate market statistics with graphs and charts, to posts with fun things to do in the area. In this post I'm going to provide links to my previous Ormond Beach posts, so if you're a real estate buyer or seller, you can learn more about Ormond Beach. First of all, below you'll find a chart of the Ormond Beach real estate statistics for 2000-2007. This chart is also in one of my previous posts, so you'll be able to read the accompanying information about Ormond Beach real estate if you follow the link just before this.

I'm having a hard time doing my market reports as they are so repetitive (and depressing!). Of course things will change in time, but for now I am having to force myself to do numbers beyond the end-of-month stuff. I'm dwelling on the positive.. the beauty everywhere in Haywood County!
Ormond Beach sounds like a wonderful place. I'm just a little jealous that you have the water so close. We are two hours away. GBU, Lisa!
Great looking Localism post. I am looking at examples of posts to emulate for my blog here in Austin and your is concise and looks good too!
Thanks
Lisa, You always do wonderful Localism reports. Such a pleasure.
Great post. I will check out the other posts you mention. I love that picture.
Lisa - you certainly show the facts here - way to go -
