The above photos are a sample of this claim that occurred by a defective refrigerator line to the sink. The entire kitchen has to be replaced as a result of the water damage and mold. The kicker is the Insurance Company currently is only paying $5,000 for the entire kitchen replacement. My estimate for this kitchen portion alone is close to $26,000 in damages.
