Being a Mortgage Broker in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida I have clients everywhere from Miami to Orlando that I prefer to meet Face-to-Face when doing business. So I depend on my Car a lot to make sure it takes me to these places. Recently, I needed new tires so I did the typical Shopping of Tire Kingdom, Costco, Good Year all of which some had better customer service than others however, their prices seemed high. (at Least to me) In Sunday's paper I came across an advertisement for Pep Boys in Palm Beach Gardens with some amazing prices. I figured it had to be a bait and switch along with lousy customer service imagine my surprise when I was greeted with great customer service by a gentleman named Jeffrey.
Jeffrey actually took the time to look at my car and ask me questions about my driving habits. Afterwords, he placed everything in writing that I needed plus a couple of suggestions (which was an alignment). This can't be happening customer service and now fantastic pricing. Pep boys was considerable less then its competition and with out all the salesman tactics.
Jeffrey told me what time the work should be completed by. Luckily I did have someone meet me their to take me home while they worked on my car. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang it was Jeffrey letting me know my car was done and at the price it was promised for. Pep Boys is located at 3169 NORTHLAKE BLVD in Palm Beach Gardens.
In closing, I know Pep Boys in Palm Beach Gardens has made a customer for life. (Hopefully I won't see them for awhile now)

Matthew- I am glad you found a place that is not a rip off. That is sure hard to find with car repairs in most places in the U.S. It sure has been nice to have a car with a full warranty on it so I just take mine to the Mercedes dealership and get my loaner car. The good thing is that it rarely needs to go in the shop. Make it a great weekend. Oh, by the way , I will send you an invitation but Tristan's birthday party is going to be at CATS on October 20th.
