Well you are in for a treat especially if you like Hibachi cooking.

The restaurant has two dinning rooms one for Hibachi cooking and a regular dinning room.

Both menues have extensive choices to choose from.

We choose the Hibachi dinning room because it seem like a lot of fun. You have the opportunity to sit with other dinners and make new friends and of course the chef's are always entertaining.

Eddie was our chef, and not only did he make us all laugh with his wizardry and art of cooking, the food was delicious and attractively prepared.

We were not rushed after dinner so we stayed and enjoyed another cocktail.

I would certainly go back to Saitos Steak House for more good food and ask for Chef Eddie to cook for us again.
