Florida Real Estate Market Update - Panama City and Bay County Florida

Often when I see news in the media regarding the terrible state of the real estate market the first thing I do, is contact the many agents I have the pleasure of doing referral business with and ask them about their market.

While not all markets are experiencing good reports, several markets appear to be turning around.

Let me explain...

Yesterday, I was posting my updated Real Estate Market Information for the month of October in Panama City Florida and I was pleasantly greeted with good market news!

The Condominium market made significant gains last month in Bay County:

Even though the average price of a condo went up by 11.55%, the time it took to sell the condo units dropped significantly to 45.64% (149 days on Market in September, to 81 days on market in October) less than the previous month.

That certainly says something about the Panama City Florida Real Estate market.
