Are you relocating to South Florida? Might you be interested in a community which provides both luxury living and hotel accommodations as well as a fabulous 27 hole golf course right at your finger tips? Grand Palms is the place! Prior to our relocation from New York we were searching for a nice area. We searched through various South Florida properties which were conveniently close to my in-laws. When we visited we noticed that they lived in a beautiful community which also had both a hotel and golf course just minutes away. Originally called Hollywood Lakes Golf and Country Club the name was eventually changed to The Grand Palms Golf and Country Club and is conveniently located in Pembroke Pines. We visit a few times a year, I always bring my golf-clubs so I can play a few rounds while vacationing. It is the best of both worlds as I am able to visit my family and relax by hitting a few balls right within the community. It is so convenient, I just drive to the end of the block and I am there, just a three minute drive. "How easy is that?" Grand Palms is located at 155th Ave. S.W. & Pines Blvd just West of I-75. It is convenient to all major highways providing quick access during your early morning commute, and is about 30 minutes from the beaches of Hollywood, Florida. The golf-course at Pembroke Pines, has three professional nine hole courses which will challenge your best handicap. Tee times are available from sun up to sun down; 7 days per week. The hotel is located on the premises that cater to weddings, social gatherings, golf outings and business meetings. There is also a restaurant and bar where you can entertain other members and guests. One reason that I moved into the community was when I first visited Grand Palms it was the most enjoyable time with my family and of course my golf game improved.
You will also find a wonderful restaurant and bar where you can entertain guests. One of the many reasons that I moved to Pembroke Pines is because when I first visited Grand Palms it was the most enjoyable time with my family and of course my golf game improved. If you are interested in moving to the area of Pembroke Pines ......then I strongly urge you to look at the Real Estate opportunities available here. There are many homes for sale so why not enjoy Country club living at it's best.

looks good ... I belong to a club... yet I am ashamed to say I haven't been there ONCE this year... I need some time off to wack at that little ball for awhile
I love the lay out - very eye catcing - golf is so popular here - I really should learn to play :o)
Yes.. when I do have time I play golf here..when I first moved here..this had to do with my choice of communities close by.
Thanks for the comments!
My mom would love to live here...she would be glued to the window or on the course!
Neal, this is a beautiful location, this would be a golfers paradise. It is a good thing that I don't live there, because I am such a bad golfer that, that course would not look like that for very long if I got on it........LOL
Nicely done, Neal. Great local content. Nice to see some other folks using the borders, etc - really makes it stand out.
Have a great weekend!
Jeff
Thanks for stopping by everyone...I love the golf there and have also stayed at the hotel in the past.
Great location! Do you have to pass a golf test to live here?
Hi Leah,
If you map it you'll see how close and convienent it is for people commuting between Dade and Broward counties. I'm not a great golfer but I could get you in.
