I`m feeling it are you?! 2009 is going to be a great year for Real Estate.

This isn`t a scientific prediction. Nor is an opinion shared by many pundits and analysts on Wall Street,but 2009 will be a good year for Real Estate!

Interest rates are extremely attractive, and home prices are at a level that I never dreamed we`d ever see again. Both indicate this is a great buying opportunity of many.

many 1st time home buyers are realizing this as well. The phones are ringing and the smell of "Buyers are in the air"...

I have to admit, I knew like the majority of you 2008 would be a test of wills. The market was in turmoil. I wrote a few weeks back that I like alot of other Realtors almost walked away from this business in July.

Now,5 months later, I definitely see a change in the wind.

Granted the change may not occur until April-May,but it`s starting again, and that`s all we as professionals can ask for.

Let the games begin. 2009 will once again be a good year for Real Estate and the economy.
