My state will be a bargain for quite some time.....there are many homes sitting empty...buyers should look at some of the possible opportunity they have here.

I remember when we would see only 15-20 homes on the market in there and many under contract...the market fallout hasn't helped inventory much yet...I hope the reduction comes soon and we are experiencing only under market properties being sold...it's hard enough for people to qualify for mortgages now with more money down requirements. I just closed two week ago on an REO I had in there.
