The data show a typical start to a new year in Pensacola. Many new listings came on the market, because sellers often wait to list their homes until after the holiday season.
The "Homes Sold" figure is the bad news for the Pensacola market. When I looked early in the week, the number of homes sold was very low, but I expected that it would rise considerably as more agents added their sold listings to the MLS.
