Is Pensacola Real Estate Really Sexy?

If you think real estate can't be sexy, think again. I would like take this opportunity to congratulate Woody Wolden, owner of Top 10 Properties, on ranking in 2nd place as Pensacola's sexiest man. Now I'm not one to determine if Woody is really that sexy, but apparently many of his female agents think he is. I only know Woody through meeting him at local real estate investors meetings. From what I've learned of him, Woody is a man of excellent character who is always looking to help the other guy, serve his community and further the success of those who work with him.

Woody and his buddy Jim Greeley (who is not quite as sexy as Woody) formed a Pensacola real estate investors club several years ago. Since its formation, Jim and Woody have worked to help new and experienced investors in Pensacola by providing superb educational and networking opportunities. Pensacola isn't the only place where sex and real estate are making the news. A real estate agent in Orlando recently created a video full of scantily clad female models, and asked "can sex sell real estate?". Apparently his broker was not too pleased, and he was given the option to remove the video, or go work somewhere else.
