Located East of Chemstrand Road off Kingfield Road in Northeast Pensacola, this is a platted subdivision that is waiting for you to build the first home! The entryway is very unique with a working waterwheel and professional landscaping. There are a total of 61 lots in the 38 acre development, ready to be built upon. The lot sizes range from around 1/3 acre to just under 1 acre, and are currently priced from $39,550-$49,900 per lot.
