The Breakers condominium is located at 710 N Ocean Blvd in Pompano Beach, FL. N. Ocean Blvd is also known as A1A and the building is approximately half way between Atlantic Blvd and the 14th St Causeway. The twelve story oceanfront building was built in 1966. Recent renovations to the building include a new roof and painting of the entire exterior of the building.

There are 140 one and two bedroom units. There is a limited number of deeded parking spaces located on the ground level of the building. There is also ample parking for those who don't own a space and for guests directly across the street on the west side of A1A. The building has a large deck surrounding the pool and overlooking the beach. There is a small library and community room for the residents on the second floor.
