Another Countryside Community. A Great Place to Buy A Port Orange Home!

Over the last couple of weeks we've been discussing the community of Countryside in Port Orange Florida, which contains many other communities within it. Each of the smaller communities with their own Home Owner's Associations (HOA's), if they also pay HOA dues to the Countryside master association, are able to use the Countryside amenities which include a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and more =)

Some of these mini association communities are...

• The Hunt Club in Countryside - Port Orange Florida

• Steeplechase in Countryside - Port Orange Florida

• Lake Pointe in Countryside - Port Orange Florida

• Silver Lakes in Countryside - Port Orange Florida

• Countryside Master Community in Port Orange Florida

But aside from these communities that are included in the Countryside HOA, are several other communities on the fringes. These other communities are unique, and within the boundaries of the Countryside comunity. But they don't have the amenities privileges (clubhouse, lake, tennis, events) since they don't pay dues to the Countryside Master Association.

That being said, these fringe communities along the edges of Countryside are each beautiful in their own, individual ways, and have their own Home Owner's Associations and deed-restrictions. (Most of Port Orange consists of deed-restricted communities; thus keeping the property values higher than in some of the nearby cities. See Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&R's)

So far, I've blogged about 2 of the fringe communities of Countryside, that are not actually part of the Countryside HOA. Today, we're going to take a look at Cypress Cove.

Anyone would be blessed to be able to buy a house in Cypress Cove! It's a gorgeous, independent, deed-restricted community with a lake in the center. Some of the homes on the small lake have private docks, and are allowed to have small, non-motorized boats. Most of the homes in Cypress Cove are well-kept with lovely tropical landscaping, and a variety of floor plans from which to choose.
