Another one bites the dust - Goodbye Sam Seltzer's Steakhouse Port Richey Florida

Well another on bites the dust in a long string of major failures. Now I do not think this Port Richey restaurant failure was as surprising as our Outback Steakhouse, however, that being said the entire chain has folded, so in that way it is worse.

Sam Seltzers's Steakhouse was located in the Gulfview Mall right next to the Linen & things that already went under as well as the Buffalo Wild Wings. And the mall is adjacent to a strip mall where Target failed. Just a quarter mile to the north was the Outback that failed, and why don't I throw in the Carvel too.

And just north of them was 1 of a chain of 3 Jeannie's Restaurants, also closed. And yet KFC, Taco Bell & McDonalds are either expanding or renovating. YIKES

Good news tho if you have a gift card for Sam Seltzer's. Turns out Arigato's Japanese Steakhouse will give you a free meal regardless of balance left on the card.
