No your eyes are NOT fooling you, you DID read that correctly, I had a short sale close, from start to finish, in LESS than 28 days! What an amazing effort on all parties involved!
Two Mortgages, I worked with both the Buyer and the Seller, and the transaction moved along smoothly 
with no problems at all! I will toot my horn a little and say that the Title Co said that the package that I had put together was the first one they had come across where everything was in place, in order and correct with no problems, they actually want to use it as a guide for other Realtors. So I just wanted to share the news that maybe....JUST MAYBE these banks are going to start moving on these Short Sales a "little" quicker to help ease this Market!
