Fastest Sale?

I had a client from Finland who was referred to me by another Century 21 realtor on 2/2/09. We had a few email exchanges before he came to Orlando and I had a pretty good idea what he wanted. He came to Orlando in the evening of 3/7. I met him for the first time on 3/8, Sunday. I showed him around for three days. He made an offer for a new condo on the third day which was accepted by the developer around 3 pm on the same day (3/10, Tuesday). Then we closed the deal on 3/13, Friday.

It took six days from the day that I met my client for the first time to the closing. I wonder whether this is a record or not. Icing on the cake was that the commission was 8%!
