Buyer BEWARE - Banks Addendums Override the Original Contract

If there wasn't enough stress looking for a home, getting pre-approved and making the final decision to put in an offer to buy a home! Most of the Bank Addendums for Foreclosed homes include a bunch of SH#@!

Some things to look out for are WHO PAYS THE TITLE INSURANCE, DOC STAMPS ON THE DEED, PAST DUE HOA FEES and more! If you are purchasing a Short Sale or Bank Owned Property, make sure you have a REALTOR on you side! Make sure you fully understand what you are signing and what you are responsible for!

Always look for an addendum that says if there is a conflict between the addendum and the purchase and sale contract, the addendum overrides the purchase and sale contract.
