Has anyone had anything to do with these USDA loans? How hard are they to get completed and are they a pain to do like short sales. If anyone has any information please respond to this blog. I would really appreciate hearing from my fellow realtors who have worked with these types of loans so that I willknow what to expect and what I will have to do to get it done.
