Buyers Are Out There & Looking Really Hard

I have a few buyers each month. I do marketing at local apartment complexes to get a lot of my buyers. They are usually hesitant but once over the fear of something new, some changes in their lives, they come around and are some of the most detailed orientated buyers I have ever had. I have this couple now who have looked at 30 homes before deciding to make an offer on their first home today. They made lists, took photos and picked the properties apart. They seem much more educated than the buyers of a few years ago.

So buyers, get a good agent and do your research on your new home. There is no hurry as long as you find the home you love. We have high inventory and that is to your favor.
