What a weekend!!! I received offers on two listings and have found the perfect home for one of my clients who are first time home buyers. Plus I signed up a new buyer today. Who says real estate sales are slow? It's not in West Volusia County Florida. I keep hearing people talking about the $8000 tax credit. All I can say is, "it's working!"
