I must admit that is a tad bit over stated. I sold my old, worn out, Mercury Villager van this week.
Not for a lot of money but I was satisfied with what I received.
Hopefully the new owner will handle it carefully as it is old - 13 years old. I purchased it new. We have had some good times and a couple of not so fun times. It is gone.
That is similar to what folks feel when they sell their house. Perhaps they got it when it was new. Perhaps they have watched their children grow up in it. They have been through tough times and good times. The memories are there.
They sell the old home. Maybe not for a big profit but they are satisfied with the price.
But, like my old van, it has served its purpose. Time to move on to a new phase.
If you have outgrown your Brevard County Florida home and the time has come to make a change, call me. Perhaps you are now have an empty nest and would like to check out the 55+ communities such as Heritage Isle in Viera, Florida, call me. I would welcome a chance to assist you selling your house and the search for your new phase. [By the way, my new phase - a new Toyota.]
