Growing Real Estate Market

It sure is great to see the market on the upswing--more people shopping for a home, and more people writing contracts. More balance than I have seen in almost 3 years in our office--the sales are actually ahead of the listings on our "report" board!! We should all be okay as long as we keep working hard. In Destin the same seems to be holding true--prices are down, interest rates down--great combination to make successful transactions!!
