We have chosed First American Home Warranty to provide this service to you, our valued Clients. A Client generally uses their warranty 2 times on average. If you did not have the warranty, then the expense for the repair would be out of your pocket. First American has a No Obsolete Parts Clause, if they cannot fix it, they will replace it. They also provide fast and friendly service 24 hours a day, everyday of the year.
