Tampa Real Estate Market Moving like never Before

Working the Tampa Real Estate Market, day in and day out for some 5 years now...I have seen the up, the down, but never like this. I am sure there are many Real Estate Agents out there across the country that say similar things, but the Tampa Market, with their increased values over the past few years had no other way to go but down. Now that the market is at a point where the prices are like never before, and I mean, never before, many have seen the writing on the wall and have jumped in and have pulled their friends and they jumped in as well. I must say, I have never seen so many people actually purchase homes with cash in hand, maybe those people were just waiting for the right time...well, guess what, here it is. I would almost call this a blue light special kind of market.

Banks have gotten better about processing paperwork on short sales, and issueing loans for buyers, although they are a more careful about who they lend money too, but none the less, they must lend in order to make money so they are lending.
