Florida Housing Bond Money, SHIP Down Payment Assistance

Just a quick NEWS FLASH from Kim Moorer of Regions Mortgage!!

Florida Housing officially announced this morning that the new rate for bond loans is now 6.0%. This is wonderful news!! The Florida bond program allows income limits up to $73,889 and down payment assistance up to $10,000. There are SHIP funds available with additional assistance up to $35,000 for properties located inside the city limits of Pensacola. REGIONS Mortgage still allows credit scores of 580 on FHA loans which work nicely with the SHIP down payment assistance program....

Remember all of this assistance is in addition to the $8,000 tax credit.
