BUYING A HOUSE? DO YOU HAVE YOUR CHECKLIST?
Thinking of buying a house? Then you should create your own "Home Buyer's Checklist", to help you determine which home is right for you. The following are examples of questions that should be included; How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the property have? What is the size of the living room? Family room? Kitchen? Is the floor plan open? Is there a pool on the property? Is it on the waterfront? What is the Sq footage of living area? Is the community gated? And does property show signs of Chinese Dry Wall?
You have probably heard many Real Estate Agents state location, location, location-It's one of the the most important aspect of the home buying process. Information sucha as the vicinity of the property to shopping centers, hospitals beaches, restaurants , parks, and schools are a very important consideration when purchasing a property.
You'll want to bring this checklist along with you while searching for properties. Writing down the positive and negative features about each house during the search will help you recall the feature of each home. especially after viewing numerous properties.
